You describe the property, desired changes and timeline. We respond with a fee estimate and proposed visit date—typically within one business day.
We measure with laser equipment, photograph key conditions and note structural hints, services routes and balcony details. Existing plans from the condomínio are incorporated when available.
Proposed floor plans are drafted at metric scale with furniture layouts, storage zones and circulation paths. Options are presented when multiple viable approaches exist.
You review the initial set at the atelier or via video call. One revision cycle is included; we refine wall positions, joinery and notes until you approve.
Approved drawings are issued as PDF and DWG with dimensions, demolition notes and a sheet index. Contractor handover calls are available at €140/h.
