Planta Residencial is a residential planning practice focused on apartments and townhouses across Porto. We do not design new buildings—we document what exists, propose thoughtful reconfigurations and produce drawing sets that contractors and licensing officers can work from.
Our work centres on measured surveys, room layout changes, storage integration and balcony studies. Every commission begins on site with accurate dimensions and ends with annotated plans in metric scale.
