Fees cover measured documentation, layout development and one round of revisions unless otherwise agreed. Additional revision cycles, licensing submission support and contractor coordination are quoted separately. Travel within central Porto is included; visits to Matosinhos, Gaia or Vila Nova de Gaia may incur a modest travel supplement.
